Our web-based platform centralizes all translation workflows, content formats, and languages in a single environment. This unified approach enables us to maintain consistency, improve quality control, and streamline project management across all translation activities.

Platform Capabilities

By centralizing translation assets such as translation memories, glossaries, terminology databases, style guides, and reference materials, we ensure that approved terminology and previously translated content are reused across projects whenever appropriate. This maintains consistency across documents, departments, languages, and markets while reducing duplication of effort.

Our CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) platform enables translators, reviewers, and project managers to work in a shared environment, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest terminology, reference materials, and project updates. This centralized approach improves collaboration, reduces inconsistencies, and streamlines management of multilingual content.

The result is a more scalable, standardized, and cost-effective translation process. By leveraging translation memories and centralized linguistic resources, we reduce repetitive work, accelerate turnaround times, and improve long-term quality, delivering consistent results across all content types and languages.

  • Real-time collaboration within a shared environment

Supported files

1. Office & Document Files

Security & Access Control

  • Data ownership & access control

Access is limited to authorized users only (CAT platform technical teams, Maven employees, and approved vendors, all under NDA), with role-based permissions and account-level isolation.
  • Secure infrastructure

The platform operates on cloud infrastructure aligned with SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 standards, hosted in Tier IV data centers with continuous monitoring and high physical and network security.
  • Encryption & data protection

Data is protected in transit via HTTPS/TLS and at rest using 256-bit AES encryption. Payment data is secured using TLS 1.2 and RSA (2048-bit key).
  • Data separation & controlled environment

Translation memories and termbases are isolated per client. Work is performed within the platform environment, ensuring controlled handling of all content.

Transparent Language Solutions

Traditionally, translation is performed inside the agency's own environment, with limited visibility for the client.

Content is processed, then shared back for review outside the workflow.

We take a different approach. Maven invites our clients into the same environment where the work happens.

You and your stakeholders can be involved at any stage: from early drafts up to final approval.

This means content is not passed back and forth outside the process. It is reviewed, updated, and finalized in one place, with full visibility and control.

You can invite your team & be part of the workflow, including:

- Content owners
- In-house reviewers
- Subject matter experts
- Translators
- Document controllers

Translation is not handled as a separate service. It is carried out in close coordination with your team, within your existing workflow.

Your stakeholders stay involved where needed, with clear visibility and direct access to the process. This allows faster decisions, fewer delays, and better alignment with your internal requirements.

They can review content, provide feedback, and approve changes within the same system where the work is being done.

In practice, you are not working with a disconnected provider, but with a team that operates alongside you, delivering the same level of control and coordination you would expect from an in-house translation department.

All work is carried out on our platform, a professional CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) environment, a professional system designed specifically for translation.
